Technical Caracteristics

Matte plastic paint with acrylic copolymers, fillers, pigments, and additives in dispersion.

Advantages and Uses

  • Extraordinary whiteness and opacity.
  • Good resistance to the substrate’s alkali.
  • Good homogenisation of the product and easy to apply.

Suitable Substrates

NEW CONSTRUCTIONS:

  • Remove any possible dust, grease, and any other contaminants.
  • A FIJAMOR layer may be convenient diluted with 2-3 parts of water, to fix and equalise the absorption of the substrate. 
  • Apply the paint according to the instructions given.

OLD CONSTRUCTIONS:

  • Remove any mould contamination as well as any remaining paint or other construction materials.
  • Level any irregularities with a suitable amount of paste. Let it dry and sand it.
  • A FIJAMOR layer may be convenient diluted with 2-3 parts of water, to fix and equalise the absorption of the substrate. 
  • Apply the paint according to the instructions given.

Application Procedure

  • Shake until perfect homogenisation. 
  • Apply a first diluted layer in 10-15% of water.
  • You may dilute the second and subsequent coats with up to 5% of water.
  • Apply with a brush, roller, or airless.
  • Drying time to touch: 30  minutes.
  • Cleaning of the tools will be conducted with solvents immediately after being used.

Recommendations

  • Do not apply under 5ºC.
  • Do not apply the product with relative humidity above the 85% nor on wet substrates.
  • Storage: Inside its original closed packaging. In fresh and dry places, away from open air and direct sun light. Avoid extreme weather conditions (not lower to 5ºC nor above 35ºC).
