Desmor^® Epoxi

Technical Caracteristics

 Concentrated liquid detergent with alkali pH.

Advantages and Uses

• Its pure use, without dilution, it’s great to remove residues or veils from epoxy mortars such as MORCEMCOLOR EPOXI.
• Its pure use, undiluted, is effective to remove veils in polished porcelain stoneware with dark stains from previous cementitious joints. 
• Its pure use, undiluted, is effective against patina formed by the use of the common detergents for ordinary maintenance of the surfaces. 
• Its use diluted in water in proportions of 1:10 to 3:10 is ideal for ordinary and frequent cleaning of difficult dirt.   It is also suitable for areas which might have lost a bit of shine, tonality or just has a dull aspect.

Application Procedure

• It is advisable to use Desmor Epoxi to remove veils caused by epoxy mortars after 24 hours minimum and 48 hours maximum after applying the grouting. The times given are based on +20/+25ºC temperatures.
• Apply the products without diluting, spreading directly over the surfaces and let them act for 10-15 minutes. Subsequently rub the surface with a white felt or with a single brush fitted with a white pad if you are going to clean large surfaces. 
• Clean the solution with a sponge, rubber rake or a liquid vacuum, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry immediately after with a clean cloth. Do not wait for the rinse water to evaporate as veils could be formed on the surface.
• For an ordinary cleaning, dilute the DESMOR EPOXI in water 1:10 to 3:10 and repeat the instructions given above.

Recommendations

• Before applying the product, protect doors, doors and windows’ carpentry, rubber joints, furniture, PVC or metal profiles and every surface that may suffer any damage due to direct contact with detergents.
• Frequently change the cleaning water.
• Products may cause skin rush. Use adequate protective clothes when using the product. Follow the instructions on the labels and the corresponding security data sheet.
• Do not use the products for any other purposes.
• In case of accidental losses, clean the product with an absorbent material (paper, sawdust, vermiculite, etc.) and put it inside the corresponding container.

Packaging and Storage

1L bottle –12 pieces boxes. Store up to 24 months in its original closed container away from heat sources and direct light.  Do not freeze.
