Advantages and Uses

• Waterproof and water-repellent.
• Permeable to water vapour, allowing the substrate to breathe.

This product has a protection against fungus, mould and algae which provides a long-lasting preventive and retardant effect although not permanent. The duration of this affectation depends on the exposure to humidity and the concentration of spores in the area, which create especially favourable conditions for the growth of micro-organisms. Therefore, a periodic preventive maintenance treatment is recommended.

Application Procedure

• Shake until perfect homogenisation.
• Apply a first diluted layer between 10-15% as primer.
• Dilute the second layer up to 5-10% with water.

NEW CONSTRUCTIONS:

• Remove any possible dust, grease and any other contaminants.
• A FIJAMOR layer may be convenient diluted with 2-3 parts of water, to fix and equalise the absorption of the substrate
• Apply the paint according to the instructions given.

OLD CONSTRUCTIONS:

• Removes any mould contamination as well as any remaining paint or other construction materials.
• Level any irregularities with a suitable amount of paste. Let it dry and sand it.
• A FIJAMOR layer may be convenient diluted with 2-3 parts of water, to fix and equalise the absorption of the substrate.
• Apply the paint according to the instructions given.

APPLICATION TOOLS:

• It can be applied by brush, roll or pistole, shaking of the product of respective dilution.
• Tools must be cleaned with abundant water before the paint dries.

Recommendations

• Do not apply under 5ºC.
• Do not apply the product with relative humidity above the 85% nor on wet substrates.
• Storage: Up to two years in its original closed packaging. In fresh and dry places, away from open air and direct sun light. Avoid extreme weather conditions (not lower to 5ºC nor above 35ºC)
