Technical Caracteristics

Product based on cement, selected aggregates, and additives.

Advantages and Uses

• Fixing of manhole and inspection chamber frames, etc.
• Fixing of street furniture.
• Road repairs.
• Backfilling and anchoring of traffic signs and similar elements.
• Industrial floor repairs.
• Excellent adhesion on concrete. 
• Rapid traffic reopening (2–3 hours).

Suitable Substrates

• Concrete, mortar floors and similar.
• Substrates must be resistant enough, stable, sound, and clean. Free of dust, release agents, organic products, etc.
• Before applying the paste, make sure that residual moisten is below the recommended one.

Application Procedure

• Define and mark the maximum screed layer levels, enclosing the area where the concrete will be poured.
• Mix with water (approximately 11%) either mechanically or manually until a workable consistency is achieved.
• Apply the product, ensuring it is confined to the designated area with a minimum thickness of 2 cm. The maximum thickness will depend on the area to be filled. It must be ensured that the mixed volume can be managed and placed properly, bearing in mind the product’s rapid setting time. However, multiple layers of 10–15 cm can be applied to achieve greater thicknesses.
   

Recommendations

• Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5ºC or above 30ºC. 
• Do not apply under the risk of frost, rain, heavy wind, or direct sun light.
• Do not add sand, cement, or any other material that may alter the original formulation.
• Once the product has been mixed do not add any water.
• Keep in mind the product's workability time when planning the tasks.

Packaging and Storage

25 kg plastic bags.  48 bags per pallet (1200 kg).
Storage: 6 months in their original closed containers and protected from the weather.

NOTE: The time given refers to a temperature of 23ºC and 50% relative humidity. Timings are shorter at higher temperatures and longer at lower temperatures.
