Composition

Product made with special cements, synthetic resins and silica fume.

Features and applications

  • Repair mortar class R3 according to EN-1504-3.
  • Excellent adhesion.
  • Excellent re-profiling and re-shaping properties.

  • Repairing and leveling damaged concrete surfaces, structures, pillars, exterior walls.

  • Fine rendering on concrete, brick walls or mortar.

Substrates

  • The substrate should resistant, stable, sound and clean, free of dust, traces of mold release agents, organic products and friable parts.
  • Absorbent substrates should be wetted beforehand to saturate them, avoiding flooding.

Instructions for use

Mixing the mortar:

  • Add two thirds of the water stipulated (5.5l-6l) and gradually mix all the powder while stirring. Then add the remaining water and mix for 2 more minutes. Do not prepare more material than will be used in 30 minutes (at +20ºC).

Application:

  • Apply the product with a trowel or spatula in 2 to 5 mm layers. Before applying the final finish, let it settle partially.

Curing:

  • Protect from wind, frost and sun during hardening. To prevent excessive drying it is advisable to cover the surface with wet sacking or plastic sheets during curing.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not add more water to the mortar than the recommended amount and do not remix.
  • Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C.
  • Do not add cement, sand or other substances that may affect the properties of the material.
  • Tools and implements should be cleaned with water immediately after use, to avoid the material hardening, which would then have to be removed by mechanical means.
  • Do not apply in layers thicker than 5 mm.
  • If applied manually ensure the coats are strongly compacted; in areas of difficult compaction it is recommended its mechanical application.
  • For further information on how to prepare concrete or steel framework; consult the recommendations given by the UNE-EN-1504-10 guideline.

Packaging

Bags of 25 kg.
Shelf life: 12 months in its sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.

Cement based mortar prepared with aggregates that are supplied close to the production center, which reduces the greenhouse gas emissions that would otherwise arise from their transport. Manufactured in production centers with an Environmental management certified system following ISO 14001 regulation, offering a firm promise of sustainability and respect for the environment.
