Advantages and Uses

• It ensures the correct anchoring of concrete and cement or resin mortars.

• It can be used as primer for all kind of floors; it guaranties adhesion to the substrate.
• Floors which are going to be conducted on humid substrates.
• Suitable for industrial flooring, loading/unloading ramps, as well as for cement or resin mortar gluing.

Suitable Substrates

• The surface must be dry and clean, free from dust, greases, or spare particles.
• If the substrate is exceptionally smooth or polished, conduct a mile scarified, rusting or a shot blasting process in order to let the primer get into the substrate.
   

Application Procedure

• Before mixing components A and B, shake component A by mechanic means at very low speed. (< 600 rpm).
• Immediately after pour component B on top of component A and keep moving the mixture for 3-4 minutes more until getting a homogeneous mixture.
• The ratio of the mixture A/B= 80/ 20. 
• This product is generally applied using a roller or paint brush.

Recommendations

• Cleaning of the tools will be conducted with solvents immediately after being used.

Two components lot (A+B): 10 kg

• Component A: 8 kg container 
• Component B: 2 kg container
• 10 Kg Kits.
• You may keep it for 12 months before expiry date.
