Composition

This product is made out of acrylic resins, silicones, mineral pigments and organic and inorganic additives.

Substrates

• Suitable for mortar, concrete mono layer mortar, plaster, plasterboard and painted substrates.
• Traditerm exterior thermal isolation  for final decorative finish implementation.
• Incompatible with fresh lime renders, resins or varnishes, temple or lime paint or silicate paint.
• Substrates should be clean, free from dust, loose particles, paint remains, oils, etc.
• New concrete renders should be completely treated (4 weeks at least)
• Please proceed with a general sanitation in areas that have been affected by fungus and algae.
• Level any irregularity with an adequate plaster. let it dry  and sand it down.
• Original damaged paint should be completely removed brushing, sanding or stripping the area.

Instructions for use

• On crumbling substrates, first apply FIJAMOR primer.
• FONDO MORCEMCRIL must always be applied before using it. Apply 3 coatings of FONDO MORCEMCRIL in areas where it can be seen (using  adhesive tape in joints) 
• Shake it until getting a perfect homogeneous mixture.
• his product is sold ready to use and it can be applied with a steel trowel or using a spray gun. 
• f the mixture is applied by hand, the consistence and workability can be regularized by  adding up to 250 ml water per 25kg container. In the event of applying the mixture  by spray gun, up to 1 litre water per 25kg container can be added. This adjustment will depend on the applying tool. Stir the product before applying. 
• In the event of applying it manually, the product will be spread out with a steel trowel on the surface, cleaning the excess .
• Once the product has been applied on the substrate and the stickiness has been lost, trowel the material. The trowelling of the area will be done with a plastic pallet or a PU board with regular rounded movements or rubbing horizontally, vertically or in circles. It should be treated in a uniform and steady way.
• The chosen tool will affect the roughness and structure of the surface, and therefore, it's better to always use the same tool during the whole job. In order to get a uniform structure, connected surfaces should be structured by the same person. 
• Due to the natural load and granulated texture of the product, there might be some differences in colour scheme between the lots. Product from the same lot should be used in annexed surfaces.   
• If the product is applied with a spray gun, then the diameter of the mouthpiece should be chosen according to the granulated texture of the product. During the application special attention has to be paid to apply the product with a uniform thickness avoiding ski lifts, joints and loading orientation. 
• The cleaning of the tools should be done with abundant water immediately after being used; Any other possible dry remains must be removed using solvent such as turpentine.

Cautions and recommendations

• Do not apply it under extreme conditions, not less than 5ºC  nor above 30ºC; with direct Sun light, rain or risk of frost.
• Do not apply it under relative humidities superior to 85% nor on top of wet substrates.
• Do not apply it on horizontal surfaces (floor) or sloping areas with an angle inferior to 45º.
• Protect the superior edges (Top part of the façades,...) of the cladding from rain water.
• In very absorbent areas or not very unified, apply first a FIJAMOR coating.
• In order to insure the uniformity of the colour, better ask for the total amount of the product to be used, in a single delivery. In any case, do not mix or combine different manufacturing lots in the same area.
• When applying with a blasting machine, remember to keep the same pressure and angle during the process, as well as the distance regarding the substrate, in order to avoid differences in the appearance of the final product.
• Protect the surroundings of the working area, clean any possible splatter with water before the product dries.
