Composition

Product based on special cements, selected aggregates and additives.

Features and applications

  • Indoor floor levelling.

  • Up to 5 mm thickness.

Substrates

  • Concrete, mortar flooring and similar elements.
  • Substrates must be resistant, stable, sound and clean, free of dust, demolding agents, organic products, etc.
  • For non-porous and very porous undergrounds apply a primer (as TEXTURE FIX-PLUS) or improve the roughness through mechanical means.
  • Before applying the paste, make sure that residual moisture is below the recommended proportion (less than 3%).

Instructions for use

  • Add water (5.5 to 6 litres per bag) and mix with a low-speed mechanical mixer (500 rpm approx.) until you have an even and fluid paste.
  • Let the mixture stand for 2 minutes and remix.
  • The manipulation time of the paste is 20 minutes, depending on the weather conditions.
  • Pour the mixed product on the base to be set and spread with a levelling trowel.
  • Recommended maximum thickness is 2-5 mm.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply below 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
  • Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.
  • Do not apply on humid floors or when there is a risk of humidity.
  • Do not add water once it starts to harden.
  • Do not apply outdoors.
  • On surface areas greater than 20 m², it is advisable to make partition joints (of 6mm minimum), filling them with an elastic material, such as PUMALASTIC PU.
  • On surface areas greater than 12 m², it is advisable to do perimeter joints, filling them with an elastic material.

Packaging

25 kg plastic-lined paper bags.
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
