Composition

High resistant Portland cement-based product, quartz, selected aggregates, pigments and additives of high purity.

Features and applications

Instructions for use

  • Prepare the substrate with appropriate concrete reinforcement mesh.
  • Protect the areas that must be kept clean.
  • Pour on the concrete and smooth with the trowel.
  • Set the levels to level off the surface.
  • The concrete levelling off can either be done with a vibrating concrete trowel, or manually.
  • Pass over the power trowel ("helicopter") to open the concrete.
  • Sprinkle the layer of wearing that forms PAVILAND INDUSTRIAL over the fresh concrete.
  • Pass the "helicopter" over again to obtain a uniform layer of wearing, until it is completely smooth and hardened.
  • Apply the curing resin.
  • Cut and wash the expansion joints.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply under 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
  • Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.

Packaging

25 kg plastic-lined paper bags.
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
