Additional information

Features and applications

  • Ready to use. No addition of water is necessary.
  • Very flexible.
  • Recommended for deformable substrates.
  • Recommended to fix tiles on carton-gypsum boards.
  • Application of polystyrene boards on mortar.
  • Fixing by points of insulating panels.
  • Tiling on well preserved surfaces made of gypsum.
  • Tiling on well preserved painted surfaces.
  • Temporary fixing of tiles on wood.
  • Fixing tile over tile.

Substrates

  • Substrates must be clean and free of dust, oil, paint, loose particles, etc.
  • It is very important that the substrates are completely dry before the application.
  • The substrate must be completely hardened.

Instructions for use

A) Mix Pegoland Fix Plus to obtain a homogenous paste.

B) Spread in small areas using a max 4mm saw to level.

C) Press on the sides to level.

D) Wait 24 hours before grouting. Use the appropriate mortar from the MORCEMCOLOR range depending on the type of joint.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC nor above 35ºC.
  • Do not apply with a saw notched trowel larger than 4mm.
  • Do not apply in areas continuously exposed to humidity.
  • Do not apply over metals.
  • Do not apply under direct sunlight or on hot substrates.
  • Do not set non absorbant tiles on non absorbant substrates.
  • Maximum tile weight is 30Kg/m² and maximum size is 1600cm² (as in 40x40) when applying with Pegoland Fix Plus.
  • Format limit is 300cm2 if on exteriors.
  • Apply adhesive on the substrate and on the tile when tiles are equal or larger than 900cm².

2,6 and 25Kg containers
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
