Fijamor

Technical Caracteristics

Emulsion of acrylic copolymers of very small particle size, in aqueous suspension, free of organic solvents.

Advantages and Uses

• Good capacity for penetrating foundation.
• Good adhesion
• Improves weak and porous foundations.
• Inside and outside application

Suitable Substrates

• Conventional foundations based on hydraulic binders, ceramic pieces, gypsum, perlite.
• Sanitize the foundation in possible areas lacking cohesion or little resistance.
• Get rid off loose pieces of masonry and paintwork.
• Remove possible traces of dust, release agents, organic products and other contaminants.

Application Procedure

• Stir until the product is homogenised.
• Dilute with two or three parts of water depending on the absorption of the foundation.
• Apply by brush, roller or spray on the foundation.
• If the foundation is very absorbent, it may be necessary to apply multiple layers. Wait for one coat to be absorbed before applying the next coat. 
• Time till dry to touch: 60 minutes
• The cleaning of the tools shall be carried out with water immediately after use.

Recommendations

• Do not apply below 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
• Do not apply where there is a risk of freezing, rain, strong winds or direct sun.
• Do not use on surfaces with very low or no absorption.
• Prevent film formation to fulfil the surface consolidating function of Fijamor.
• Do not use on wet surfaces that hinder the absorption of Fijamor by the foundation.

Packaging and Storage

5 and 25L containers.
Storage stability in closed original packaging, protected from weather and humidity and protected from intense cold and heat: 2 years.
