Product made with NHL 3.5 lime, natural puzzolana pozzolanic selected aggregates and other additives.
Features and applications

- Application on newly built interiors and exteriors for enhanced habitability conditions compared with cement-based mortars.

Substrates
- Porous, dry, hot or very absorbant substrates must be wetted before application.
- For renovation jobs, the wall substrates should be prepared before application.
Instructions for use
- Add water and mix mechanically until it takes on an even and workable consistency.
- Clean the full thickness of joints between parts, moisten and apply the paste with a pointer or other suitable tool.
- For renovation jobs, the wall surfaces should be prepared before application, removing any salts, loose or weak mortar and remains from previous work.
- For thicknesses greater than 1.5 cm or surfaces with large irregularities, proceed to fill in layers.
- If necessary, use the mortar to rebuild broken masonry.
- Always wet surfaces thoroughly before applying.
Cautions and recommendations
- Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
- Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.
- In extreme weather conditions (strong winds or high temperatures) it is necessary to water the product with light sprinklers the day after applying it.
- The natural origin of the raw materials used in the Morcem Cal mortars, may cause slight changes in color between different production batches.
Packaging
25 kg plastic paper bags.
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.

Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)
Cement based mortar prepared with aggregates that are supplied close to the production center, which reduces the greenhouse gas emissions that would otherwise arise from their transport. Manufactured in production centers with an Environmental management certified system following ISO 14001 regulation, offering a firm promise of sustainability and respect for the environment.
Cement based mortar with type III ecological label (the most strict) Environmental Product Declaration verified externally by AENOR.
