Paviland® Industrial 25 Autonivelante CT C35 F7 A15 B1

Self-levelling floor with normal setting, pumpable, for levelling and smoothing industrial floors. Product with great mechanical resistance and adherence to the substrate once hardened. Suitable for thicknesses from 5 to 25 mm. Indoor applications: suitable as a finishing coat or as a base to be covered with thin coatings that provide the pavement with greater chemical or physical protection or a more aesthetic finish. Outdoors: use only as base layer, never leave exposed (a coating is mandatory).

Additional information

Composition

Product based on special cements, selected aggregates, resins and additives.

Features and applications

  • Easy to apply, manually or mechanically.
  • Pumpable.
  • Levelling and renovation of concrete pavements in both new industrial buildings and renovation works.
  • Creation of high resistance to abrasion pavements.
  • Renovation of indoor car parks floors without the need of a final coating.
  • Self-levelling outdoor flooring (coating required).
  • Low shrinkage.
  • Strong mechanical adhesion to the substrate.

Substrates

  • Concrete of adequate resistance (minimum compression strength of 25 N/mm2 and tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm2), open pore and slight roughness. Please consult our technical department for other type of substrates.
  • Substrates must be resistant, stable and sound. They must be clean and free of dust, remains of release agents, organic products, micro-organisms, etc.
  • Before applying PAVILAND INDUSTRIAL 25 AUTONIVELANTE all potholes and cracks that may be present on the substrate should be properly repaired using products from the MORCEMREST range for concrete reparation.
  • Apply Paviland Primer R to avoid the formation of air bubbles in the pavement and improve its adherence to the substrate.
  • Before applying the mortar, make sure that is no rising damp from the ground.

Instructions for use

  • Mix the product with water (3.75 - 4.25 litres per each 25 kg bag) mechanically, using a low-speed mechanic mixer (500 rpm approximately). Mix first the complete bag with 2/3 of the total amount of water suggested until getting a homogeneous paste, free of lumps, then add the rest of the water.
  • The amount of water suggested in this data sheet is the one recommended in order to avoid retractions, segregation of products or decrease in mechanical resistance.
  • Let the mixture rest for two minutes before its application.
  • For the realization of large surfaces, it is recommended to pump the mixture with double-mix helical pumps to make it go from 20 to 40 litres/minute. This operation allows improving the labour performance. • Spread manually with a metal levelling trowel once the primer has hardened. Then go over it with a nylon spikes roller, in two directions, in order to remove any possible air that may remain inside the paste from the mixing process.
  • Respect structural joints and carry out perimeter and partition ones.
  • Paviland industrial 25 autonivelante does not need to be coated as it is already suitable as a finishing layer indoors. Outdoors it should always be covered.
  • It may be covered using paints from our PAVILAND resins range. In this case, a previous preparation of the surface may be required in order to remove any superficial grout. Maximum humidity requirements of the coating should also be taken into account.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply below 5º or above 30º.
  • Do not apply the product with risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sun exposure.
  • Do not apply on floors with humidity or at risk of having it.
  • Use gloves and protective goggles when using the product. Keep away from children.
  • Do not add any extra sand, cement or any other kind of product that may modify the original formula.
  • Once the product has been mixed and its resting time has elapsed, do not add any additional water.
  • For floors with surfaces greater than 20 m2 or more than 10 linear m, it is recommended to create partition joints, delimiting panels, with joints of about 6 mm that can be filled with PUMALASTIC MS or PU.
  • Movement joints of the original substrate must be respected and perimeter joints must be made.
  • The surface layer must be protected from drying too quickly, avoiding dehydration of the mortar, especially under high temperatures or heavy winds, hence, the use of protection and/or curing resins from the PAVILAND RESINA range is highly recommended.

Packaging

Laminated paper bags of 25Kg each.
