Paviland® Resina AC2

Pure acrylic resin dispersion with low water absorption. Suitable for curing concrete on courts, industrial flooring, and continuous flooring in general. It controls water evaporation, regulating the drying time and contributing to a slow curing process which increases the final mechanical strength, achieving more durable surfaces and the maximum development of their hardness.

Features and applications

  • Reduces the risk of cracking due to shrinkage resulting from rapid or premature drying.
  • Penetrates the substrate ensuring its effectiveness and durability.
  • Improves the cohesion of the surface.
  • It is recommended as an aqueous-based curing liquid, especially suitable for stamped flooring.
  • Especially recommended for:
  • Protection and sealing of exterior stone floors
  • Protection and curing of stamped flooring.

Instructions for use

  • The product should be applied on recently laid concrete, after it has been texturized and taking into account that the whole surface must be completely covered.
  • It should be applied by spraying at a distance of 30-40 cm from the surface, endeavoring to leave a uniform film, without an excessive accumulation of the product, and avoiding leaving layers which are too thick.
  • The tools used should be cleaned with xylene or a universal solvent.

Cautions and recommendations

  • The substrates should be clean, dry and free of grease with no cracks or disintegrating materials.
  • Do not apply the product when the ambient temperature is below 5°C or above 30°C.
  • Do not apply if there is a risk of frost or rain or if the relative humidity is greater than 85%. And do not apply in direct sunlight.
  • In enclosed areas, adequate ventilation should be provided during the application and while the product is drying.
  • The product is not toxic, hazardous or flammable in normal handling conditions. It is not necessary to use special safety measures but the stipulations in the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks should be complied with at all times.

Packaging

It is packaged in 25 L containers.
It should be stored in its well-sealed, original packaging, in a cool, dry place and should not be exposed to temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C.
