Features and applications

Instructions for use

• It should be applied immediately after the hardening of the surface to be treated, spreading the product directly using a sprayer and ensuring an even film without excessive product build-up, avoiding the formation of thick layers.
• The dry film thickness should be approximately 30-40 microns, and it can be repainted after a minimum drying interval of 6 hours at 20°C, depending on the desired level of shine.

Cautions and recommendations

• The substrate must be clean, free from cracks, completely dry, and without any release agents, dust, disintegrable materials, or grease residue that could impair the product's adhesion.
• The surface must be dry, as otherwise, issues or defects may appear in the resin film.
• Do not apply in conditions of frost, rain, strong winds, direct sunlight, or relative humidity exceeding 85%, as it can affect drying and lead to irregularities in the final appearance of the application.
• In enclosed spaces, adequate ventilation must be provided during the application and drying of the product.
• It is necessary to have membranes, plastic sheets or vapour barriers before pouring the concrete in order to have a waterproof element that isolates the pavement from moisture coming from the ground.
• Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C.
• Do not apply in freezing conditions or rain, nor under relative humidity exceeding 85%.
• Neither apply under direct sun light.
• The product is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and non-flammable under normal handling conditions.
• Special safety measures are not required, and all regulations stipulated in the Occupational Health and Safety Act shall be observed at all times.

Packaging

It is provided in 25 L containers.

Store in its well-closed original container, in cool, dry places away from open air or direct sunlight, and avoiding exposure to temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC: 2 years
