Substrates

  • concrete or asphalt of adequate resistance, with open pores and slight roughness.
  • All base materials must be durable, stable, sound and clean free of dust,  release agents (e.g. paint stripper), organic products, etc.
  • Concrete substrates: Prior application of PAVILAND SPORT EPW PRIMER is required (consult the corresponding technical specifications for correct assessment of the concrete), as well as a regularising layer of PAVILAND SPORT AC BASE, which must be dry.
  • Asphalt substrates: prior application of a regularisation layer of PAVILAND SPORT AC BASE is required (consult the corresponding technical specifications for correct assessment of the asphalt base).

Instructions for use

  • This product comes ready for direct application. Must be mixed with an appropriate mixer at low speed for approximately two minutes before its application.
  • Pour the product onto the application surface and spread it with a rubber  squeegee, starting at one corner and continuing linearly end-to-end, taking special care in typical stress points such as joins with vertical walls, etc.
  • Application of a second coat is recommended after approximately 4–6 hours (based on environmental conditions).
  • The total thickness of the product to be applied should be approximately 1 mm.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or above 30ºCDo not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sunlight.
  • Wear protective gloves and goggles during the application. In the event of direct contact with the eyes, wash with plenty of soap and water, and seek the advice of your doctor.
  • In the event of contact with the skin, wash with water before the product dries.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Clean all the equipment and tools with water immediately after its use. Once the product has hardened it will only be possible to clean such equipment and tools mechanically.
  • Do not eat or smoke during the handling of the product.
  • All empty containers must be discarded in accordance with the current legislation.

Packaging

20 kg containers
The product can be stored for up to one year in its original sealed containers, in a dry and well-ventilated area, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, and out of direct sunlight and protected from the elements.

Yellow ochre, blue, grey, red and green.
