Substrates

  • All base materials must be durable, stable, sound and clean, in addition to being free of dust, form release agents (e.g. paint stripper), organic products, etc. 
  • Sealant for concrete bases: prior application of PAVILAND SPORT EPW PRIMER is required (consult the corresponding technical specifications for correct assessment of the concrete).
  • Finishing for High-Performance Sports Systems on concrete bases: prior application of PAVILAND SPORT EPW PRIMER is required (consult the corresponding technical specifications for correct assessment of the concrete) as well as the intermediate layer of PAVILAND SPORT EPW FINISH, which must be dry.
  • Finishing for High Performance Sports Systems on asphalt bases: prior application of PAVILAND SPORT AC BASE is required (consult the corresponding technical specifications for correct assessment of the asphalt base) as well as the intermediate layer of PAVILAND SPORT EPW FINISH, which must be dry. 

Instructions for use

  • Mix the separate A and B components.
  • Add all of component B to component A and mix with an appropriate mixer at low speed until a uniform consistency has been obtained.
  • Apply the product with an airless sprayer or brush. 
  • The second coat can be applied after approximately 2 hours, provided that the first coat is completely dry.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or above 30°C.
  • Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sunlight.
  • Wear protective gloves and goggles during application. In the event of direct contact with the eyes, wash with plenty of soap and water, and seek the advice of your doctor.
  • In the event of contact with the skin, wash with water before the product dries.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Remember to clean all equipment and tools with water immediately after use. Once the product has hardened, it will only be possible to clean such equipment and tools mechanically.
  • Do not eat or smoke during handling.
  • All empty containers must be discarded in accordance with current legislation.

Packaging

Containers of 20 (18.5 + 1.5) kg.
The product can be stored for up to one year in its original sealed containers, in a dry and well-ventilated area, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, and out of direct sunlight and protected from the elements.

Yellow ochre, blue, white, grey, red and green.
