Additional information

Composition

Product based on selected aggregates, cement, resins and additives.

Features and applications

  • Facility of laying
  • Excellent adherence on  cement mortars and concrete
  • Large capacity leveling
  • Ideal for use in cold season, where normal drying self-leveling coatings require a longer start-up time.
  • Fast commissioning.
  • System for repairing or patching of floor and damaged pavement in indoors
  • Leveling of irregular pavements in indoors
  • Smoothing of floors in interior premises of pedestrian traffic, prior the placement of the final pavement: carpet, linoleum, PVC, etc.
  • Fine coat levelling of indoor floors in car parks with moderate traffic before finishing with paints from the PAVILAND PINTURAS or PAVILAND RESINAS range.

Substrates

  • Concrete, slabs surfaces, of adequate strength, and similar. For other supports please contact our technical department.
  • Support should be resistant, stable, healthy and clean, free of dust, remains of gratty, organic products, etc.
  • If necessary, the dough should be prepared by mechanical means, to make this a surface without grout and proper porosity.
  • Before the application of PAVILAND TRAFFIC 15 R AUTONIVELANTE, we must repair adequately the holows and / or fissures that they could find in the support using the range Paviland or Morcem Rest according to the nature of the support and  the type of repair that we have to do.
  • Applies the priming Paviland Primer R to avoid the formation of air bubbles in the coating and to improve its adherence on the support.
  • Before applying the dough, make sure that residual moisture is below recommended (less than 3%).

Instructions for use

  • Define and mark the maximum height of the sill.
  • The pouring area must be established avoiding areas with different setting times, for which the means available for carrying out the work, the environmental conditions and the open time of the mortar must be considered. Confining pouring areas beforehand can also be used to make partition joints, avoiding them being made later by cutting.
  • Knead with water(4, 125-4, 625 l per 25 Kg sack) mechanically, with a mechanical mixer, low-speed (approx. 500 rpm) until you obtain an homogeneous and smooth dough. The exact dosage of water is very important to avoid segregation of product, high retraction and reduction of resistances.
  • Let the dough about 2 minutes.
  • For the accomplishment of big surfaces the pumping of the mixture is advisable with spiral bombs of double kneaded and that stimulate 20 to 40 L/minutes This operation allows the optimization of the times of implementation at work.
  • Extend manually with a metallic trowel once the primer has hardened. Then pass a roll of nylon prongs.
  • Respect the structural joints and complete perimeter and partition joints.
  • Paviland Traffic 15 R AUTONIVELANTE should be protected because it is not a material ready to be seen. Before being covered by the range of painting PAVILAND PINTURAS, resin pavementor or pavement stuck ,You will maby need to prepare the surface  to remove the grout surface. The maximum moisture requirements of the final coating must also be taken into account.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply below 5 ° C or above 30 ° C.
  • Do not apply with risk of frost, strong winds or direct sunlight.
  • Do not apply in interiors.
  • Do not apply to floors with humidity or with risk of having it.
  • Keep in mind the working time of the product for the planning of the work.
  • Wear gloves and safety glasses for use. Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Do not add sand, cement or any type of product that modifies the original formulation.
  • Once the product kneaded  and its rest time has elapsed, do not add any extra water.
  • For paves with superior surfaces to 20 m2 or more than 10 linear M, the accomplishment of partitions joints is recommended, delimiting slabs, with joints of approximately 6 mm that will be refilled by PUMALASTIC MS or PU.
  • Movement joints will have to be respected of the original support and complete perimeter joints.
  • The surface layer has to be protected from too fast drying , especially in conditions of high temperature or strong wind.
  • Before laying the final pavement the residual dampness of the pave, must be verified and arranged according to the type of pavement to lay.
