Technical Caracteristics

Product based on inorganic mineral fillers, plaster, and additives.

Advantages and Uses

  • For general interior use on substrates such as plaster, gypsum, drywalls, mortars, concrete, old paints, etc.
  • Smoothing and levelling of plastic-coated textured surfaces.
  • Filling small defects, holes, scratches, cracks, fissures, etc.
  • Fine, hard finish with high whiteness, suitable for all types of plastic paints, wallpaper, etc. Q4
  • Easy preparation and application using a trowel or spatula.
  • Easy sanding and minimal shrinkage.
  • Reduces substrate absorption, increasing paint coverage.
  • Good adhesion
  • Allows fresh-on-fresh application. 
  • Can be applied manually or by spraying.

Suitable Substrates

  • Substrates must be free of dust, grease, wax, etc. 
  • Any poorly adhered paint must be removed.
  • Highly absorbent substrates should be pre-treated with a primer or sealer.
  • Do not apply on frozen, extremely hot, wet substrates, or those with high moisture content.

Application Procedure

  • Mix 1 kg of product with 0.5 L of water, adding lesser amounts of water until the optimal working consistency is achieved, resulting in a homogeneous and consistent paste.
  • Mix manually or with a mixer not exceeding 500 rpm. 
  • It is recommended to apply with a smooth trowel or stainless-steel spatula.
  • Clean tools with abundant water after use.

Recommendations

  • Do not apply under 5ºC nor above 35ºC. 
  • Do not apply on surfaces with moisten above 85%.
  • Do not apply if there is a risk of frost.

Packaging and Storage

5 and 15 kg laminated paper sacks.
Store up to 12 months in its original closed container, away from extreme weather conditions and humidity.
