Technical Caracteristics

Suitable Substrates

• Concrete or asphalt of adequate resistance, open pore and slight roughness.
• Substrates must be resistant enough, stable, healthy and clean. Free of dust, release agents, organic products, etc. 
• Concrete substrate: PAVILAND SPORT EPW PRIMER must be applied beforehand (consult the corresponding technical Data sheet for the evaluation of the concrete).  
• Asphalt substrate: They must be resistant, stable, healthy and clean, free of dust, remains of release agents, organic products, etc. Properly repair the gaps and/or fissures that may be on the substrate using PAVILAND COLD ASPHALT.  Before applying PAVILAND SPORT AC GRUESO the absorption of the substrate should be regularised using PAVILAND AC SELLADOR

Application Procedure

• The product is ready to be used. Homogenise it with a suitable mixer, at low speed for two minutes before using it. It can be diluted in water up to 5% maximum.
• Pour the product on the substrate and spread it with a rubber trowel, starting from the corner and continuing linearly from end to end, paying special attention to singular points (encounters with vertical walls, etc.). 
• The total thickness of product to be applied on one coat must not exceed 1.5 mm.  Any superior thickness should be applied in various layers.

Recommendations

• Do not apply under 10ºC.
• Do not apply above 30ºC.
• Do not apply under risk of frost, rain, heavy wind or direct sun light.
• Use gloves and goggles when using it.  In case of eye contact, clean with abundant water and soap and visit a specialist.
• In case of skin contact, clean the area with abundant water before it dries.
• Keep away from children.
• Tools should be clean immediately after being used with water. Once the product gets hard, it will only be removed by mechanical means.
• Do not eat or smoke while using the product.
• Empty containers should be thrown according to the current legislation.
