Technical Caracteristics

Product based on acrylic resin, mineral pigments and organic and inorganic additives.

Advantages and Uses

• Good coverage.
• Impervious to rainwater and permeable to air and water vapour.
• Good resistance to substrate’s alkali.
• Good homogenisation of the product and easy to apply.

Suitable Substrates

• Substrates must be clean, dry and free from greases, without cracks or detached materials, fungus, mould or any other kind of microorganisms.
• Apply diluted FIJAMOR in 2 to 3 parts of water in case of non-unified or very porous substrates.

Application Procedure

• Stir the content until perfect homogenisation.
• Dilute normally with a 15% of water; minimum dilution is 5% with water when applying it on visible joints according to application method, the parameter to be sealed and the desired coverage. (Under normal circumstances a single layer of the product should be enough)

APPLICATION TOOLS

• It can be applied by brush, roll or pistole, previously shaking and diluting the product respectively.
• Tools must be cleaned with abundant water before the paint dries.

Recommendations

• Do not apply under 5ºC nor above 30ºC, under direct sun light, rain or healing risk.
• Do not apply the product with relative humidity above the 85% nor on wet substrates.
• Keep in fresh and dry places.

Packaging and Storage

• Fondo Morcemcril is supplied in 12 litres containers.
• Storage up to two years in its original closed packaging. In fresh and dry places, away from open air and direct sun light. Avoid extreme weather conditions (not lower to 5ºC nor above 35ºC)

It is the responsibility of the project designer, site manager, contractor, or other relevant professionals to ensure that the selected products are appropriate for the specific project, taking into account their properties, the substrate, site conditions, and any existing issues.

In the event of a claim, the original packaging must be provided to ensure proper product traceability.
