Technical Caracteristics

Product based on aerial lime, aggregates with balanced granulometry, and other additives.

Advantages and Uses

• Excellent adhesion.

• Avoids any paint. Decorative finish façade.

Suitable Substrates

It should always be applied over a smooth base of MORCEM ESTUCO FINO.

Application Procedure

• Add 2.7 litres of water per 3 kg container and mix manually or mechanically until a homogeneous, workable consistency free of lumps is achieved.
• Apply MORCEM ESTUCO EXTRAFINO on a MORCEM ESTUCO FINO base. 
• Spread the mixed product.
• Spread the kneaded product with a stainless-steel trowel with less than 1 mm thickness.
• Smooth the surface with a stainless-steel trowel until getting a polished texture.

Recommendations

• Do not apply directly onto the masonry (brick, concrete block, etc.) as this material is strictly decorative and should always be applied over MORCEM ESTUCO FINO.
• Do not apply the product under 5ºC nor above 30ºC temperature.
• Do not apply under the risk of frost, rain, heavy wind, or direct sun light.
• It is not advisable to apply it on horizontal or leaning surfaces.

Packaging and Storage

3 kg polyethylene plastic-coated paper bags.
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
