Technical Caracteristics

PVC profile with fibreglass mesh with anti-alkali treatment.

Advantages and Uses

• Easy to apply.
• Reinforcement for corners in TRADITERM Systems (SATE/ETCS).
• The incorporation of the mesh to the profile, makes the execution of the corner faster.

Application Procedure

Apply Traditerm mortar layer on both the surfaces that define the edge, from the profile till the mesh. Place the profile on top of the mortar and press gently. With the help of a level, place the profile correctly. With the surplus Traditerm mortar, resulting from pressing the profile with the trowel, cover the mesh and the profile. The front part of the tab that stands out of the profile, forms the angle of the corner and therefore, it remains seen. Even if the mesh is fully covered, the grids should be marked.

Recommendations

• Joints between profiles should not coincide with joints between insulation panels.
• Once the profile has been placed, let it dry for 24 hours minimum.

Packaging and Storage

100 units box. 250 lineal meters.
Profiles should be stocked up in horizontal position.
