Traditerm® Perfil Arranque PVC Cierre oculto
The Traditerm perfil arranque PVC cierre oculto forms, together with the different PVC starting profiles, the PVC base set for the level foundation of thermal insulation panels in the Traditerm / WalAce System (SATE/ETICS). It includes an invisible bellcast bead in PVC and a fibreglass mesh for a clean render finish and to guarantee vertical water drainage.

PVC profile with fibreglass mesh with anti-alkali treatment and resistant to UV radiation.
Advantages and Uses
- Corner reinforcement in the transition of different insulation thicknesses. It avoids water drops to return.
- Corner protection against mechanical damage. Prevention of cracks.
- Formation of perfect edges.
- Adjustable width (fracture) of the horizontal flange.
- It helps to create perfect aesthetic details.
- It prevents the joint from cracking.
Application Procedure
- If necessary, adjust the width of the profile breaking the marked part on the horizontal flange.
- Apply the profile only on fresh Traditerm / WalAce mortar.
- Place the profile on the edge and slide the horizontal flange between the insulation plates. Press the vertical flange on the Traditerm / WalAce mortar.
- Level and finish the Traditerm / WalAce mortar with a trowel
Recommendations
- Leave a separation distance of 2 to 3 mm between profiles.
- Once the profile has been placed, let it dry for 34 hours at least.
Packaging and Storage
Boxes of 25 units at 50 linear meters. Profiles must be stored horizontally.
One box contains:
- 25 pins of connexion.
- 4 edges connectors.
- 2 interior corner connectors.
