Corner reinforcement profile in perforated PVC, used in the TRADITERM® System. This component of the system is easy to apply. The incorporation of the mesh into the profile, makes it quicker to do the corner and allowing an optimal functioning.

Technical Caracteristics

PVC profile with fiberglass mesh with anti-alkaline treatment.

Advantages and Uses

  • Easy to apply.
  • Reinforcement of corners in the TRADITERM® System.
  • The incorporation of the mesh into the profile, makes it quicker to do the corner.

Application Procedure

  • Apply a coat of TRADITERM® mortar on the two surfaces that make up the corner, over an area that includes the profile and the mesh.
  • Then place the profile on the mortar and press gently.
  • With the help of a level, position the profile correctly.
  • Cover the top surface of the profile by applying TRADITERM® mortar.

Recommendations

  • At joins between profiles, leave a separation distance of 1 to 2 mm.
  • Its important to avoid that the joints between the profiles coincide with the joints between the insulation panels
  • Once the profile is installed, leave to dry for at least 24 hours.
