Advantages and Uses

• Product ready to use.
• Applicable both in interior and exterior supports.
• Renews an old surface without having to eliminate it.
• Extraordinary adherence even in scarcely absorbent supports.
• The product must be coated after total drying.
• Especially recommended in refurbishment.

Suitable Substrates

• Must be clean, cured, dry and cohesive.
• Eliminate dust, grease and other contaminants. Repair defects, including loose particles and remnants of old paint.
• Eliminate mould with bleach or another appropriate decontaminant.
• On supports in poor conditions, with lack of cohesion or dampness problems, previously apply waterproof sealing.
• A coat of FIJAMOR must be applied on highly absorbent supports.
• Apply the paste according to method of use.

Application Procedure

• Stir until perfect product homogenisation.
• Apply a first coat between 1 to 2.55 mm maximum, with trowel.
• Apply an identical second coat after 24 hours approximately according to existing temperature and humidity conditions.
• Carry out desired re-coating once the paste is dry and hardened. (about 3 days minimum according to atmospheric conditions)
• Cleaning of tools is carried out with plenty of wather right after application.
• Between both hands, a layer of glass fibre veil can be mortised in order to reinforce coating tenacity and firmness.

Recommendations

• Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
• Do not apply neither with relative humidity above 85% nor on damp or thawing supports.
• Do not apply if rain or frost foreseen during product drying period.
• Do not apply with hight temperatures nor under direct sunlight.
• If the applied product absorbs water due to rainfall, frost or high humidity, must wait for total drying of the same before continuing with the application or staring its coating.
• Must not be applied in places conditioned by dampness.
• Must not be covered with single-layer mortar or silicate-dispersion paint.
• Use water to clean utensils and tools.
• Store in fresh and dry places.

Packaging and Storage

25 Kg containers.
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.

In the event of a claim, the original packaging must be provided to ensure proper product traceability.
