Rapid setting cement prepared. To block water leaks in concrete cracks or fissures on other base-cement surfaces.

A set of unidirectional carbon fibre yarns of high mechanical resistance, housed inside a cotton thread net that gives them a "rope" appearance. Once stiffened with epoxy adhesive, they are used to anchor and structurally connect CARBOTEC systems or other types of structural reinforcement systems to the foundation to be reinforced.

Carbotec sheets are manufactured through a pultrusion process from carbon fibre filaments arranged in an epoxy resin matrix. There are three different types of sheets: with an elasticity of 170 GPa module (Most commonly used: low modules: LM), of 200 GPa (high module: HM) and 250 GPa (of very high module, for specific applications: UHM).

The Tejido Carbotec System is composed of a unidirectional carbon fiber fabric wrapped in a weft of glass thread covered with thermoplastic material that allows to maintain the position of the carbon fibres during its implementation. It is supplied in rolls of different widths and lengths.

Adhesivo Carbotec Lamina is an epoxy resin. Bi-component resin and free from solvents.  It has great adhesion to all types of substrates, even without primer and high resistance to abrasion.

Carbotec impregnante adhesive is a resin which, due to its impregnation and thixotropy allows the adherence of the carbotec tissue on concrete elements, reinforced concrete or brickwork.

Renovation mortar for the treatment of damp by capillarity on the lower parts of the wall, facilitating the evaporation of water retained in the wall.

Corrosion protection for steel reinforcements from the Morcemrest restoration system, in compliance with EN 1504-7. This product can be combined with other repair mortars from the Morcemrest range. Cementitious anti-corrosion mono-component primer, modified with polymers for protecting reinforcement. When mixed with water a grout is obtained which is applied to the previously cleaned steel. Due to its high pH (approximately 12) level Implarest C creates a passivation layer on the surface of the reinforcement, halting the corrosion process. Implarest C is a corrosion protector classified in compliance with EN 1504-7.

Epoxy 100% solid, two-component adhesive, specially formulated for bonding new and old concrete. Once mixed a semi-fluid liquid is obtained which may be applied above 10ºC. It can be used as protection barrier of the steel of the reinforced concrete. It will be applied on the clean reinforcement.

Anti-rust primer on metallic substrates, by forming an electronic barrier of cathodic protection.

Implarest PU is a two-component semi-elastic cladding of polyurethane free from solvents. It prepares the surface for the application of water repellent claddings of great thickness and great resistance to abrasion.

Waterproof coating with high elasticity based on an aqueous dispersion of self-crosslinking acrylic resins by UV rays, suitable for protection and decoration of all kind of material façades (concrete, cement, brick, etc.) giving the support an excellent resistance to the most thus obtaining a top quality finish and in which contractions of the facing are foreseen that may cause cracks.
Preserves concrete structures from degradation caused by atmospheric agents as well as façades, precast elements, beams, pillars, etc.

PVC-P synthetic sheet obtained by co-extrusion. Especially designed for tanks and pools waterproofing intended to contain liquid food substances and drinking water.

Matte coating based on acrylic copolymers, indicated for the protection and decoration of façades of any kind of material (concrete, cement, bricks, etc.), providing the substrate with an excellent resistance against any environmental condition. With an excellent finish quality.
