Technical Caracteristics

Product based on hydraulic bonding agents and organic and inorganic additives.

Advantages and Uses

  • Sealant for water filtration in concrete and cement-based substrates.
  • For urgent repairs when wet.
  • For anchorage and sealing that require fast curing.
  • It waterproofs the surface where applied.
  • Almost instant setting.
  • It sets even under water.

Suitable Substrates

  • Concrete, smooth concrete premade blocks and plaster work rich in cement.
  • Substrates must be resistant, stable, sound and clean, free of dust, demolding agents, organic products, etc.
  • In case of hot or windy weather conditions or when applying over absorbent substrates, it is advisable to wet the substrate and wait till the thin layer of water disappears.

Application Procedure

  • Prepare the surface by removing a few centimeters of the concrete in bad condition.
  • Clean by intense brushing.
  • Mix only the material to be used within 20 seconds. If you are stopping a water leak then use just enough material to be worked with one hand (use gloves):
  • Remove the leftover material and even to the original substrate.

Recommendations

  • Do not apply below 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
  • Do not try to remix with water any hardened product.
  • Wear gloves when using this product.
  • Once open, it is recommended that you use the material immediately or else seal the bag at once.
  • At high temperatures, setting will occur instantly.

Packaging and Storage

5 kg polyethylene bags.
Shelf life: 6 months in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
