WalAce® PVC Corner profile with mesh

PVC Corner Profile with mesh are a part of the WalAce System and are applied on the outer corner of the Wall. The profiles come with a PVC profile with reinforcement mesh gives an ease of application and maintain alignment of the edges.

Instructions for use

Apply the thin coat of WalAce Mortar to the edges of the WalAce Insulation panels. Press gently the profile over the edge. Check the alignment and adjust the level of the profile correctly. Cover the mesh with WalAce Mortar and allow it to dry for at least 24 hours. 

Cautions and recommendations

  • At the junction of two profiles, leave a distance of 1 to 2 mm.  
  • Joints between the profiles should not coincide with the joints of the insulation panels 
  • Once the profile is installed, leave to dry for at least 24 hours
