Mortar for high abrassion resistance stamped pavements in 5 to 20 mm thickness.
Fine texture and stamping. Suitable to replace ordinary pavements (slabs, bricks, stones, slate and any continuous flooring with industrial finish).
Can be used as a hydratation layer (fresh over fresh).

Additional information

Composition

Product based on hydraulic bonding agents, silica aggregates, synthetic resins and organic pigments.

Features and applications

Substrates must be clean and free of dust, oil, paint, loose particles, etc.
Repairs to damaged or deteriorated pavement.

Substrates

  • Concrete, cementitious floorings or substrates  with a suitable resistance or similar stregth.  In case of working with other substrates, please consult our technical department.
  • Substrates must be resistant, stable,  sound, and clean, free from dust or any other kind of substances, organic products, etc.
  • If necessary prepare the substrate mechanically so that the surface if free from grout and has the appropriate porosity.
  • Before applying PAVILAND PLUS, any possible hollows and cracks should be adequately repaired using the Niveland, Paviland or Morcem Rest adequate product, according to the nature of the substrate and the type of reparation  required.
  • Wet the substrate and wait for the water film to disappear.
  • Spread a layer a PAVILAND PLUS only when the primer PAVILAND PRIMER R is completely dry and has a transparent color.

Instructions for use

  • Add 4 liters of water for every 25Kg bag of PAVILAND PLUS and mix manual or mechanically until a homogeneous consistency is reached.
  • Pour manually or with a mechanical pump. Level out with a flat straight tool. Pass a float to close the pores in the surface.
  • Allow some time and then add PAVILAND DEMOLDING to avoid adherence of concrete to the molds.
  • The moulds are set and pressed uniformly, so that the pattern is stamped in an even way.
  • Wait 72 hours and then clean the demolding agent from the flooring by means of water pressure jet.
  • Finish the flooring by applying a hardening resin (the use of a pump is highly recommended).

OTHER FINISH


a) Regular finish: Cover the surface with one of the resins in our Paviland System after the pavement has cured. The resin is to be applied with a hand pump between 10 and 30ºC. Allow 3 days for maximum resistance.

b) Seamless finish: Proceed to mechanical scratching when the product has harden enough to withstand the weight of an operator.

  • 15 days later it will hard enough to carry out polishing.
  • Polish with a rotating machine.
  • Apply PAVILAND MINERALIZADOR.
  • Polished.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply below 5ºC nor above 30ºC.
  • Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.
  • Use protective gloves. The appearance corresponds to the color stated in the package.
  • Do not add sand, cement, or any other type of product that might modify the original formulation.
  • Once the product has been mixed and sufficient time has passed do not add any more water.
  • In floors with areas superior to 20 m2 or more than 10 lineal meters it is recommended to make partition floor joints, delimiting working areas, with around 6mm joints which can be refilled with PLUMALASTIC MS or PU.
  • The joints from the original base need to be respected and perimeter joints have to be made.

Packaging

25 kg plastic-lined paper bags.
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.

Cement based mortar prepared with aggregates that are supplied close to the production center, which reduces the greenhouse gas emissions that would otherwise arise from their transport. Manufactured in production centers with an Environmental management certified system following ISO 14001 regulation, offering a firm promise of sustainability and respect for the environment.
Cement based mortar with type III ecological label (the most strict) Environmental Product Declaration verified externally by AENOR.
