Paviland® Industrial 25 Autonivelante CT C35 F7 A15 B1

Self-levelling, normal setting, pumpable flooring compound, for levelling and smoothing industrial flooring.  Product with high mechanical and bonding strength to substrate once hardened. Thicknesses from 5 to 25 mm. For interiors: suitable as a finishing coat or base coat to be covered with fine coverings to that provide the flooring with greater chemical or physical protection or for a more aesthetic finish. For exteriors: only to be used as a base coat, must always be covered.

Additional information

Product based on special cements, selected aggregates, resins and additives.

Features and applications

  • Easy to apply either manually or mechanically.
  • Pumpable.
  • For levelling and renovating new and refurbished industrial concrete floors.
  • For making high performance, abrasion resistant floors.
  • Refurbishing floors in indoor car parks without needing to protect with covering.
  • Self-levelling exterior flooring to be covered.
  • Low shrinkage.
  • Strong mechanical bonding to application base.

  • Suitably resistant concrete (minimum compressive strength 25 N/mm2 and tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm2) open pore and slightly rough finish. For use on other substrates, please consult our technical department.
  • Substrates must be resistant, stable, sound and clean, free of dust, demoulding agents, organic products, etc.
  • Before applying PAVILAND INDUSTRIAL 25 SELF-LEVELLING MORTAR first repair any cracks and/or fissures on the substrate with suitable products from our MORCEM REST for concrete repairs.
  • Apply Paviland Primer R primer to avoid the formation of air bubbles in the floor and to improve adherence to substrate.
  • Before applying the mortar, ensure that there is no humidity from rising damp.

Instructions for use

  • Mix the product with water (3.75-4.25 litres per 25 kg bag) mechanically, with a low speed mechanical mixer (approx. 500 rpm). Mix first the whole bag with 2/3 of the total recommended water until a uniform consistency has been obtained, without any lumps while you add the rest of the water.
  • The quantity of water given in this datasheet is the recommended amount to avoid shrinkage, separation of product or lowering of mechanical strengths.
  • Let the mixture rest for 2 minutes before using.
  • For using on large areas it is advisable to pump the mixture with a double helical pump at 20 to 40 L/minute. This operation permits the maximisation of using times.
  • Spread manually with a metal levelling trowel once the primer has hardened. Next, pass over with a nylon spiked roller in both directions.
  • Respect the structural joints and make perimeter and partitioning joints.
  • It is not necessary to cover the Paviland Industrial 25 Self-levelling as it is suitable as a finishing coat in interiors. Exteriors must always be covered.
  • They may be finished with paints from the PAVILAND PAINT range or resin flooring from the PAVILAND range. In this case it will probably be necessary to carry out prior preparation of the surface to remove the surface grout. The maximum humidity requirements of the covering should also be taken into consideration.

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply in temperatures below 5 ºC nor above 30 ºC.
  • Do not apply if there is a risk of frost, strong winds or direct sun.
  • Do not apply to floors with humidity or if there is a risk of it.
  • Use gloves and protective goggles when handling the product. Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Do not add sand, cement or any other type of product that could modify the original formula.
  • Once the product has been mixed and left to rest in accordance with the instructions, do not add any additional water.
  • For floors with a surface areas larger than 20 m2 or more than 10 lineal meters, it is recommended to partitioning joints, delimiting panels, with joints of 6 mm that can be sealed with PUMALASTIC MS or PU.
  • Movement joints on the original substrate should be respected and perimeter joints made.
  • The surface coat must be protected from drying too fast, especially in conditions of high temperature and/or strong winds.
  • The application of protection and/or curing resins of PAVILAND RESINA range of products is recommended to prevent the superficial layer from drying too quickly thus avoiding the dehydratation of the mortar, especially in conditions of high temperature and/or strong wind.

25 kg laminated paper bags. Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
