Paviland® Resina D20

Liquid product best for paving protection, formulated on the basis of acrylic resins with excellent hardness and ultraviolet ray resistance, dissolved in aromatic solvents.
Hardens through solvent evaporation and is especially advisable for concrete varnish, cut stone, etc, both in the interior and in the exterior, leaving a protective and decorative film with excellent properties.

Features and applications

  • Protection and curing of stony exterior paving.

  • Increases resistance to impact and abrasion resulting in finishing with great hardness and good flexibility.
  • Has a high waterproofing power, preventing the appearance of efflorescence.
  • Improves resistance to acids and diluted bases, oils, detergents, etc, conferring greater durability to the support.
  • Provides a passable finishing, with good retention of brightness and heightening the natural appearance of paving.

Instructions for use

  • Eliminate any remains of demolding agent. Apply immediately after hardening of surface to be treated, spreading the product directly by means of an atomizer, an airless pump or a short hair roller and making sure to leave a uniform film, without excessive product accumulation and avoiding overly thick layers.
  • The thickness of the layer, once it is dry, must be around 30-40 microns and it may be re-painted after at least 6 hours at 20 C, depending on the sheen grade that is required.
  • The tools used must be cleaned with xylene or universal solvent.
 

Cautions and recommendations

  • Do not apply below 5ºC nor above 35ºC.
  • Substrates must be clean, dry, free of grease, fissurews or materials disintegrates.
  • Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.
  • Adequate ventilation must be available in closed areas during the time of application and drying of the product.
  • Work Risk Prevention Laws shall be observed at all times.
  • Toxic when inhaled, ingested or when in contact with skin and/or eyes.
  • Do not eat, drink or smoke during application.
  • Maintain away from sources of heat. Sheltered and well sealed.
  • Apply with airless pump only in areas with good ventilation. Use respiratory safety equipment when necessary.

Packaging

25 l. buckets.
Store up to two years in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity. Do not expose to temperatures below 5ºC nor above 35ºC.
