  • For indoor and outdoor use.

Substrates

  •  Concrete of adequate resistance, with open pores and slight roughness.
  • The substrate must be durable, stable, sound and clean, free of dust, form release agents (e.g. paint stripper), organic products, etc.
  • Prior to application, any imperfections and/or cracks that may be present in the base materials should be suitably repaired using our range PAVILAND or MORCEM REST products.
  • Milling and/or sanding of the base material is recommended in order to open the pores and descale bonded materials, such as grease, paint, etc.
  • Residual moisture of bases must not be greater than 7%.

Instructions for use

  • Mix the separate A and B components.
  • Add component B to component A and mix with an appropriate mixer at low speed until a uniform consistency has been obtained.
  • the proportion of both components is suitable for use, it is still possible to dilute with a maximum 10% water, based on environmental conditions and the type of work being performed. Dilution with water may affect the final properties of the product.
  • Empty the product onto the base and spread with a rubber strip, starting at one corner and continuing in a line from end-to-end, taking special care at extremities such as joins with vertical walls, etc.
