Composition

Features and applications

Product with protection against contamination by fungi, mould and algae that achieves a long-lasting but not permanent preventive and retarding effect. The duration of this affectation depends on the exposure to humidity and the concentration of spores in the area, which create especially favourable conditions for the growth of micro-organisms. Therefore, a periodic preventive maintenance treatment is recommended.

Substrates

NEW SURFACES

• Remove dust, greases or any other possible contaminants.
• Apply a first coat of FIJAMOR diluted in 2 or 3 parts of water, to make uniform the absorption of the substrate.
• Apply the paint according to the given instructions.

OLD SURFACES

• Remove mould contamination as well as loose parts of paint or other construction materials.
• Level any possible irregularities with a suitable plaster. Let it dry and sand the area.
• Apply a first coat of FIJAMOR diluted in 2 or 3 parts of water, to set and make uniform the absorption of the substrate.
• Apply the paint according to the given instructions.

Instructions for use

• Shake until getting a perfect homogeneous mixture.
• Dilute the first coat between 10-15% in water.
• Dilute the second and subsequent coats up to 5- 10% in water.
• The cleaning of the tools will be done with water before the paint dries.

Cautions and recommendations

• Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC.
• Do not apply with relative humidity higher than 85% or on wet substrates.

Storage: Up to two years in its well-closed original container. Keep in cool, dry places in a sheltered place not exposed to direct sunlight, and avoiding exposure to temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC.

Los valores de los productos o soluciones constructivas de GRUPO PUMA que en su caso sean determinados en la norma UNE o cualquier otra que le fuera de aplicación en cada caso se refieren exclusivamente a las condiciones expresamente estipuladas en dicha normativa y que vienen referidos, entre otros, a unas determinadas características del soporte, condiciones de humedad y temperatura, etc. sin que sean exigibles a ensayos obtenidos en condiciones diferentes, todo ello de acuerdo con lo expresamente establecido en la normativa de referencia.
